How long are sessions?

Sessions are generally 60 minutes once per week.

Sometimes it can be helpful to do longer or more frequent session, especially for EMDR.

How much does each session cost?

The fee is $250 per session. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss.

Will my insurance cover my therapy?

Like many mental health practitioners, I am an out of network provider. However, many insurances provide substantial out of network coverage. I am able to submit directly to many insurances for you, or I can provide you with a "super-bill" you can submit directly to them.
